RELEASE UF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT THE CITY OF RENTON, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
is the owner of an easement acquired by the dedication of the Plat of Maplewood
Division No. 2 as recorded in Volume 39 of Plats, Page 39 records of King County
Washington, over the real property described as follows:
LOT 12, BLOCK 4, MAPLEWOOOD DIVISION N0. 2 as recorded in Volume 39 of Plats,
Page 39 records of King County Washington.
THE CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under an
easement over a portion of the above described lot described as follows:
An easement, having an undetermined width, labeled sewer easement, running
diagonally across lot 12, Blk. 4 as dedicated on the f�ce of Plat known as
Maplewood Division No. 2 as recorded in Volume 39 of Plats, Page 39 records of
King County Washington.
