Th�s Sanitary Sewer Easement is entered into this
„1��- day of , 1985 , by and between LINCOLN
LAKESIDE ASSOCIATE LIM 'ED, a Washington limited partner-
ship, and MARJORIE LOT and the ESTATE OF M. W. LOTTO,
deceased, hereinafter called "Grantors" , and the CITY OF
RENTON, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington
hereinafter called "Grantee" .

� W I T N E S S E T H:
� Said Grantors for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
C'� ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which
� is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain,

c� sell, convey and confirm unto said Grantee its successors and
� assigns an easement for sewer lines with necessary
appurtenances over, through, across and upon the property
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference, located in King County, Washington.
Said property hereafter described as the "Easement Tract" .
The Grantee, its ' successors or assigns, shall have the
right without prior notice or proceeding at law at such time
as may be necessary to enter upon the Easement Tract for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or
reconstructing the sewer line or making any connections
therewith without incurring any legal obligation or liabili-
ties therefore provided that such construction, maintenance,
repairing, altering or reconstruction of said sewer line
shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private
improvements existing in or near the Easement Tract shall not
be disturbed or destroyed; or in the event they are disturbed
or destroyed they will be replaced in as good as condition as
they were immediately before the Easement Tract was entered
upon by the Grantee.
The Grantors reserve the right to fully use and enjoy
the Easement Tract, including the right to use the surface of
the Easement Tract if such use does not interfere with the
installation or maintenance of the sewer line, and so long as
no permanent buildings or structures are erected on the
Easement Tract.
In the event of abandonment, vacation or relocation of
the sewer line from or within the Easement Tract, the Ease-
ment and all rights granted herein shall automatically revert
to the Grantors, its' successors and assigns.
This Easement shall be a covenant running with the land
and shall be binding upon the Grantors' heirs, successors and
assigns. Grantors covenant they are the lawful owners of the
Easement Tract and they have good and lawful right to execute
this Agreement.
