does not intertere with in5tallation and maintenance of the utilitles. flowever,
th� grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the
rlght-of-way during the existence of such ut111ties.

on the Grantor� h1s successors� helrs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
