Sa1d heretofore mentioned grantee� its successors or asslgns, shall have
the rlght� Mlthout prlor notice or proceeding at law� at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon sald above descrlbed property for the purpose of construct-
ing� malntaining� repairin9� altering or reconstructing sald utilltles� or making
any connections therewlth� wlthout incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore� provlded� that such construction, maintaining� repairing� altering or
reconstructlon of sald ut111t1es shall be accomplished 1n such e rtu�nner that the
private .improvements existing in the rlght(s)-of-way shdll not be disturbed or
damaged, they w111 be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and en,joy the aforedescribed premises� lncluding
the rlght to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not interfere wlth installatlon and maintenance of the utllities. However�
the grantor shAll not erect buildings or structures over� under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such ut111ties.
Th1s easement� shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor, h1s successors� helrs and asslgns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
righ to execute thls agreement. ,
