Ssid hcreto�ore mentioned grantee, its �uccessors or sssigns, sh�ll have
thc right, without prior notice or proceedin� at law, �t such times as may be
necessary to enter upon s�id above described property for the purpose of con-
structing, maintaining, rep�iring, altering or reconstructin� said utilities,or
making any connec�ions therewith, without incurring any leg�l obligatians or
liability therefore, provided, that such construction, ar�int�ining, repairing, �ltering
or rec�nstruction of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that
