Said heretofore mentloned grantee� its successors or asslgns, shall have
the rlght� wlthout prior notice or proceeding at law. at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above descrlbed property for the purpose of construct-
ing� maintaining� repairing� altering or reconstructing said utilities� or making
any connections therewlth� without incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore� provided� that such construct9on� maintaining, repalring� altering or
reconstructlon of sald uti11t1es shall be accompllshed in such e tn�+nner that the
prlvate ,lmprovements exlsting 1n the rlght(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged, they w111 be replaced in as good a condition as they were lmmediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and en,�oy the aforedescrlbed premises� includlnq
the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not interfere with installatlon and maintenance of the utllities. Nowever.
the grantor shall not erect bu9ldings or structures over� under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such utillties.
This easement, shall be a covenant running wlth the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor� h1s successors� heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
right to exe ute thls agreement. ,
