A strip of land 15.00 feet in width over a portion of the southwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section
9 , Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington,
said strip of land having 7 .50 feet on each side of the following
described centerlines:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said subdivision; thence
S00°17 ' 15"E, along the west line of said subdivision, a distance of
357 .79 feet; thence S89°00 ' 00"E 30.01 feet to the east line of the
west 30.00 feet of said subdivision and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
of the herein described centerlines; thence continuing S88°23 ' 10"E
� 279 .03 feet to a point hereinafter. referred to as Point "A" ; thence
N05°52 ' 00"E 258 .62 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point

Said heretofore mentloned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have
the right� without prior notice or proceeding at law� at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
in9� maintaining� repairing� altering or reconstructinq said utilitles� or making
any connections therewith� without incurrinq any legal obligations or 1lability
therefore� provided� that such construction� maintaining� repalring� altering or
reconstructlon of satd utilities shall be accomplished in such e manner that the
private ,improvements existing in the rlght(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged, they w111 be replaced 1n as good a condition as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
7he Grantor shall fully use and en,�oy the aforedescribed premises� including
the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. Nowever�
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over� under or across the
rlght-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor, his successors� helrs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
rlght to execute this agreement. ,
