r Said heretofore mentloned grantee. 1ts successors or assigns, shall have
the right. without prior notice or proceeding at law� at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon sald above described property for the purpose of construct-
in9� malntaining� repairing� altering or reconstructing said ut111t1es, or making
any connections therewith� without incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore� provided, that such construct9on� maintaining� repairing� altering or_
' reconstruction of said utilitles shall be accomplished in such e manner that the

damaged� they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately

the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the
rlght-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
