' Sa1d heretofore mentloned grantee, its successors or assigns� shall have
the right� wlthout prior notice or proceeding at law. at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
� 1ng� maintaining� repatring� altering or reconstructing said utilitles� or making
`� any connections therewlth� wjthout incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore� provided� that such construction� malntaining. repairing. altering or
reconstructlon of said utilittes shall be accompllshed in such a manner that the
private ,improvements exlsting in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged� they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immedlately
� before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
