Said street shall be required by the City of Renton Land Use Hearing Examiner only in the event said street is required in the final plat of Orillia lndustrial Park. Furthermore, said street shall conform to the requirements of the final plat of Orillia Industrial Park and conform with the concept and the location specified in the approved site plan (File No. SA-216-78; Exhibit "B") for development of the buildings on the property. Construction of said street shall occur coincidentally with construction of what is to be s.w. 39th Street including that portion of the connector street lying north of the Burlington Northern right-of-way. DURATION These covenants shall run with the land and expire at such time as the aforesaid street has either been completed or certified by the City of Renton Land Use Hearing Examiner as not required pursuant to the final plat of Orillia lndustrial Park.
