Sa1d heretofore mentloned grantee, its successors or asslgns, shall have
the rlght�. Mlthout prior notice or proceeding at law� at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above descrlbed property for the purpose of construct-
1n9� rralntalning� repairing� altering or reconstructing sald uti11t1es� or making
any connections therewith� without incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore� provided� that such construct9on� maintainlnq� repalring� altering or
reconstruction of sald utilitles shall be accompllshed in such e nu+nner that the
prlvate .lmproverr�nts exlsting in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged� they w111 be replaced in as good a condltion as they were imnedlately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and en,�oy the aforedescrlbed premises� including
the right to retain the right to use the surface of sald right-of-way if such use
does not interfere with installatlon and maintenance of the utilities. However�
th� a�an�or shall r.ot erect buildings or structures over� under or across the
right-ot-way duriny the exi�tence of such �t91�ta�s.
This easement� shall be a covenant running wlth the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor� his successors� helrs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above propertfes and that they have a good and lawful
