EASEMENT FOR SOUTHWESTERLY FIRE HYDRANT
An easement in Lot 4 of the Tino Cugini Short Plat No. 2 recorded under Auditor's
File No. 7910189001, said Short Plat being in the Northwest quarter of Section
16, Township 23 North, Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian, City of Renton,
King County, Washington, said easement being 7.5 feet each side of the following
described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point in the Southerly line of said Lot 4 that is Southwesterly,
13.50 feet along said Southerly line from the Southeast corner of the afore said
Lot 4;
THENCE North 27° 26' 27" West, 10.20 feet to the TERMINUS of this centerline.

necessary to enter upon sald above descrlbed property for the purpose of construct-

any connections therewlth� without incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore� provlded� that such construction� malntaining� repalring� altering or
reconstructlon of sald ut111t1es shall he accompllshed 1n such e nk+nner that the
prlvate .lmprovements exlsting in the rtght(s)-of-way sh�ll not be disturbed or
damaged� they w111 be replaced in as good a conditlon as they were lmnedlately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and en,�oy the aforedescrlbed premises� lncludlnq
the rlght to retaln the right to use the surface of sald right-of-way if such use
does not lnterfere wlth installation and malntenance of the ut11it1es. Nowever�
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over� under or across the
rlght-of-way during the existence of such utillties.
Th1s easement� shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor� h1s successors� helrs and asslgns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawFul owners of the above propertles and that they have a good and lawful
rlght to execute thls a9reement.
