719.72 feet; thence South 88°03'41" East 660,84 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence North 1°48'23" East 253.97 feet; thence North 89°15'08" West
172.56 feet; thence South 1°48'23" 4r'est 250.89 feet to a point which bears North
88°03'41" West from the true point of beginnin_q; EXCEPT THE Southerly 125 feet
thereof ineasured along the Easterly and Westerly lines.

719.72 feet; thence Sauth 88°03'41" East 643.28 feet to the true point of

Sa1d heretofore mentioned grantee� its successors or asslgns� shall have
tF�e right. Nithout prlor notice or proceeding at law� at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon sald above descrlbed property for the purpose of construct-
1n9� malntelning� repairing, altering or reconstructing sald utilities� or making
any connections therewith� wlthout incurrin9 any legal obligations or liability
therefore� provlded� that such construction� maintaining� repalring� altering or
reconstructlon of sald utilitles shall he accompllshed in such e rtW+nner that the
private ,lmprovements exlsting 1n the rlght(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged� they will be replaced in as good a conditlon as they were imnedlately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and en,�oy the aforedescrlbed premises� includlnq
the rlght to retaln the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utilitles. Nowever�
the grantor shall not erect bu9ldings or structures over� under or across the
rlght-of-way during the existence of such utillties.
Th1s easement� shall be a covenant running wlth the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor, h1s successors� helrs and asslgns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
right to execute thls agreement. ,
