the rlght, wlthout prlor �otice or proceeding at law. at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon sald above descrlbed property for the purpose of cpnstruct-
Ing. maintaining. repalring� altering or reconstructing said utllities, or making
any con�ections therewith, wlthout incurriny any legal obligations or 1lability
the�efore. provided. that such constructlon, maintaining, repairing. tltering or
reconstruction of sdid utilttles shall be accompllshed in such a ma��ner th�t the
private improvements exlsting in the rtght(s)-of-Way shall not be disturbed or
damaged� they aill De replaced 1n as good a condltion as they were immedia.tely
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use �nd en,�oy the �foredescrlbed premises� 1nc7uding
the rlght to retaln the right to use the surface of said rlght-of-Way 1f such use
does not lnterfere wlth lnstallation and malntenance of the utilitles. Ho.wever.
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over. under or across the
rlght•of-wdy during the exlste�ce of such utilltles.
Th1s easement, shall be a covenant running wlth the land and shall be bindin9
on the Grantor. his successors. heirs and asslgns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owncrs of the above propertles and that tl�ey have a good and lawful
rtght to execute thls �qreement.
