tion of King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ �� �n

grant , bargain, sell , convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee, its suc- �
cessors and assigns , an easement for roadway and public utilities (including
water, sewer and quasi public utilities) , with necessary appurtenances over,

This easement located in the proper�y described below:

Glencoe, Vol 84 pages R7 and 8$. Except: The east 200 feet of
the west 230 feet of that portion lying lg feet southerl� of
the north line of the south one-half thereof.

northerly of the south line of the north one-half thereof;
and EXCEPT the west 30 feet for road.

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns , shall have
the ri ght, wi thout pri or noti ce or proceedi ng at 1 aw, at s uch ti mes as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said roadway and utilities ,
or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or
liability therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing,
altering or reconstruction of said roadway and util� ties shall be accomplished in
such a manner that the private improvements e xisting in the right(s)-of-way shall
not be disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they
were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises , including
the ri ght to retain the ri ght to use the surface of sai d ri ght-of-way i f such use
does not interfe re with installation and maintenance of the roadway or utilities .
However, the grantor shal l not erect bui 1 di ngs or structures over, unde r or across
the right-of-way during the existence of such roadway and utilit�es .
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind•-
ing on the Gr�untor, hi s successors , hei rs and assi gr�s . Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
right o execute this agreement.
