accepted for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

Said heretofore mentioned grnnCee, its successors or assigns,
shall have the riglit, without prior not.ice or proceeding at law, nt such
times as may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for
the purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or
reconstructing said utilities, or making any connections therewith�
without incurring any legal obl�gations or liability therefore, provided,
that such construction, maintaining� repairing, altering or reconstruction
of said utilities shall be accomplish�d in sucl� a manner tl�at the private
improvemedts existing in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
iinmediately before tt�e property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed '
premises, including the right to retain the right to use the surface of I'
said right-of-way if such use does nok inkerfere with installation and '
maintenance of the utilities. Howeve�, the grantor shall not erect '
buildings or structures over, under or across the rigl�t-of-way during the
existence of such utilities. Reflection- pool� and appurtenant structures
will be allowed in and over the easement, and will not be considered a
violation of this section.
This easement� shall be a covenant running with the land and ���
shall be binding on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns.
Grantors covenant that they are the lawful owners of the above properties
and that they have a good and lawful right tQ execute thi�s agreement.

R 5 E, W.M. , in King Gounty, Washington described as follows:
Commencing at the point of inters�ction of the northerly line of
said subdivision with the northerly production of the westerly margin
of Park Avenue North as shown in the Renton Farm Plat according to
the plat recorded in Volume 10 of plats , page 97 in King County,
Washington; Thence southerly along said margin as produced to a point
