AGREEMENT TO TERMINATE AND WITHDRAW COVENANTS
THIS AGREEMENT is made this �,;,' �day of ,
1981, between the MILWAUKEE LAND GOMPANY ("Mi�.waukee �a
Washingtan Corporation, CHG INTERNATIQNAL, TNC. , {"CHG"} , a
� Washington Corparation, and the CITY C?F RENTON.
C l. On July 17, 1978, Milwaukee as the owner of certain
real property, and CHG as the cont�ract purchaser of said
property, executed and recorded c�rtain restrictive cove-
Ln nants restricting the use and development of the property.
� A copy o£ �he Declaration of Restrictive Covenants is at-
� tached hereta as Exhibit "A" . The covenants were executed
� � at the directian af �he City of Renton in connection with a
� rezoning of the property by the City.

2. Since July 17 , 1978, circumstances affecting the use
I � and development af the property have substantially changed,
I making it appropriate and desirabl.e to terminate the above--
described restrictive covenants and ta substitute new re-
� strictive covenants governing the use and development of
the praper�y.
3. Simul�aneously with the recarding of this instrumen�,
twa separate Declarations of Restrictive Covenants have been I
recorded governing the use and development of the property. I
4. The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants attached
hereto as Exhibi�. "A" is hereby withdrawn and dee2ared to be
void and o� na further effect.
