These covenants shall run with the land and egpire on December 31, 2025.
If at any time improvements are installed pursuant ta these covenants, the
portion of the covenants pertaining ta the specific installed imgrovements as
required by the Ordinances of the City of Renton shall terrninate without
necessity of furGher documentatian.

.Any vialation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by
proper legal procedures in the Superior Court of King County by either the
City of Renton or any praperty owners adjoining sub3ect property who are
adversely affected by said breacb.
