and impose restrictions and covenants running

hereinabove described with respect to the use by the undersigned, their successors, heirs
and asigns, as follows:
IIJSTALLATION OF OFF-SITB IMPROVBMSNTS
The owner(s) of the above described property, their successors, heirs and assigns,
hereby agree and covenant to participate in, sign a petition in support of, and
accept any future Local Improvement District (LID) or city initiated proposal, and
pay their fair share therefore, for the pusposes of providing the necessary off-site
improvements required by the Renton Subdivision Ordinance. Said improvements
shall include, but may not be limited to, the installation of roadway improvements
to Talbot Road S. and/or S. SSth Street, as necessary to serve the area in the
future.
These covenants are`imposed in lieu of Section 9-1105(6) of Title IX of Ordinance
1628 of the City of Renton.

DIIRATION
These covenants shall run with the laad aad expire on December 31, a0a5. If at any
time improvements are instelled pursuaat to these coveaants, the portion of the
coveaants pertaining to the specific installed improvements as required by the
Ordinances of the City of Rentoa shall terminate arithout necessity of fusther
