Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations of record. Situate in the City of Renton, King County, Washington. WHEREAS , the owner of said described property desires to impose the following restrictive covenants running with the above-described real property . These covenants are imposed in lieu of Section 9-1105(6) of Title IX of Ordinance �k1628 of the City of Renton.
