ORDINANCE NO. 3960
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3554 GRANTING A FRANCHISE
TO BEL TERRA CORPORATION FOR ACCESS TO CEDAR
RIDGE RESIDENTIAL PLAT BY EXTENDING THE TERM
THEREOF FROM THE ORIGINAL TERM OF TWENTY FIVE
YEARS TO A TERM OF THIRTY FIVE YEARS.
WHEREAS the City of Renton previously entered into a
franchise agreement involving a roadway to serve the plat originally
known as Cedar Ridge, also known as Falcon Ridge; and
WHEREAS the present owner, Norcon Development, has
requested an extension of that franchise for an additional ten-year
M period of time and the City Council finding that such extension of

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO

� ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The Franchise granted under Ordinance No.
3554 for access to Cedar Ridge residential plat, also known as
Falcon Ridge, is hereby extended from a period of twenty five years

�- to a period of thirty five years. The original termination date

Q of the Franchise of June 15, 2006 is hereby extended to June 15,
� 2016, but expressly conditioned upon the Franchise holder modifying
�
� the owners' covenants to extend to the homeowners' covenants as
�
they relate to this Franchise, to June 15, 2016 . ,
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty days after publication.
