This First Amendment to Declaration of Restrictive
Covenants (this "First Amendment") is egecuted by CF/CHG
ASSOCIATES, a Washington general partnership, with reference to
that certain Declaration of Restrictive Covenants (the
"Declaration" ) recorded March 2, 1987 under King County
Auflitor ' s File No. 8703020693 .
� CF/CHG Associates hereby wishes to amend the Declaration by
� expanding the legal description of the real property subject to '
�� the Declaration. Now, therefore, for good and valuable
consideration, CF/CHG Associates hereby amends the Declaration I
� by expanding the legal description attached to the Declaration
