� •Said heretofore mentioned grantee� its successors or assjgns� shall have
the "right� wlthout prior notice or proceeding at law; at such times as may be

ing. maintalning� repairing� altering or reconstructing sald utilltief� or making
any connections therewith� wlthout incurring any legal obllgations or 1lability �

r�constructlon of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a mar�ner that the
private improvements exlsting 1n the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged� they will be replaced in as good a condltion as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fuliy use and en�oy th� aforedescribed premises, including
the rlght to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way 1f Such use
does not �nterfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. Nowever�
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over� under or across the
right-of-Way during the existence of such util�tles.
Th1s easement. shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
: on the Grahtor� his successors� helrs and asslgns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owncrs of the above properties and that tl�ey have a good and lawful
rlght to execute this agreement.
