RET�ASE OF COVENANT
Rose Warren, the property owner of a short plat recorded with
King County under Auditor's File No.7904160744, has requested
the City of Renton to review the applicability of a covenant
filed on the property as part of a King County short plat
(Ref. No. R677063) approved in 1979. The covenant stated as
follows:
" that no improvements are to be made or placed upon
the land for the purpose of human habitation, including
tents, tent frames, and trailers or campers, and that no
� other improvements are made to the property other than
M fences or those necessary for agricultural, open space or
� forestry purposes , unless or until said lot(s) are
� approved by King County in accordance with County short
p plat regulations. �� .

GD The property was subsequently annexed to the City of Renton
O following approval of the short plat. The City of Renton now
� has �urisdiction in the enforcement of the above covenant.
`� The City has determined that the plat meets the City's short
plat regulations and hereby determines that the covenant filed
under Auditor's File No. 7904160744 is no longer necessary.
Therefore, the below described property should be and is
hereby fully released from the requirements of the above
covenant:
West 300 feet of Tract 32 Renton Cooperative Coal
Company's Acre Tracts No. 2 as recorded in Vol . 9, page
27 of plats records of King County Washington.
