necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct- `

any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability � ;�

damaged. they will be replaced in as good a conditlon as they were irm�ediately �

The Grantor s hall fully use and �en�oy th�. aforedescribed premises. includin� : ;
the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
�loes not interfere with insta�llation and maintenance of the utilities. However, �
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the �
right-of-way during the exlstence of such utilitles. �
This easement. shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bin�ling
on the Grantor� his successors� heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of.the above propertles and that they have a good and lawful �
