� __ T is Declaration oC Recreational Easement is made this � day
oE �"� , 1990, by tha undorsigned Owner oE certain land
situated�fn the StaCe o[ Waahington, County oE Kinq, lagally
described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reEerence (the "Property") .
Owner desires to create on the Property a recreational space
along what is commonly kriown ar the Springbrook Creek Channel for
the benefit of the public generally and, in particular, employees of
Allpak Container, Inc. , a Washington corporation ("Allpak"), which `
corporation intends to operate a manufacturing facility on the
Property.
Therefore, Owner hereby establishes and grants the following
easement, to be effective upon (a) acquisition of the Property by
Owner, and (b) the recording oE this Declaration.
1. Easement Area. Owner intends to create a recreational
easement in an approximately 15-Eoot wide strip located along what
N is commonly kno�n as Springbrook Creek Channel (the "Easement
U� Area") . The legal description of the Easement Area is attached as
'— Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.

O2. Grant oE Easement. Owner hereby grants and conveys to the
City of Renton a nonexclusive easement in the Easement Area for „
p public pedestrian and bicycle access and recreational purposes, •
� � together with the right to construct and maintain an accessway,
pedestrian or jogging path, or other walks or paths, which may be
deemed necessary by the City of Renton to eEfectuate the "
recreational purposes of the easement granted herein.

3. Term. This easement shall continue in effect and shall be . . .
