THE UNDERSIGNED, Dan Swanson, dba Swanson Homes, c�ntyie��, ���
the following described real property,
See Exhibit A - Attached
does hereby covenant with the City of Renton as follows:

WHEREAS, thejGcovenantor has submitted a subdivision known
as Swan Meadow� for approval by the City of Renton
on the above-described property which abuts a City street as
public right-of-way or is vicinal thereto; and
� WHEREAS, the City may in the future construct, reconstruct
� or improve Blaine Avenue N.E. from the north property line of
� the subdivision to N.E. 16th Street to City Standards including
� a 32-foot wide paved street, a 4-foot planting strip, a 5-foot
� wide sidewalk on both sides of the street, curbs and gutters,
� street lighting, street signs and the undergrounding of all
� utilities, or to such City Standards as may be in existence at
� the time of the formation of the LID and other related work
necessary to make a complete improvement in accordance with
applicable City Standards, so as to potentially benefit the
above-described property, through the formation of a Local ,
Improvement District.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the City approving said
subdivision, the undersigned owner, for himself, his heirs,
successors and assigns and as a covenant to run with the land,
does hereby agree to not protest the formation of such a Local
Improvement District, provided that the undersigned owner, his �
heirs, successors and assigns expressly hereby reserves the right '
to protest any and all assessments resulting from the Local
Improvement District which may pertain to the above-described
property.

Swan Meadows Division I pla�.. These cavenants were required
by the City Council as part of their decision on an appeal
hearing on the final piat.
