KBI DZVERSIFIED, LTD. hereby sub�ects the followzng
described property to �h� following Restrictive Covenants:

WHEREAS, the hearinq examiner has reG�mmended approval of
th� rexort� an condition that Restrictive Cov�nants be Piled by
the Appl.icant limiting the development af tre 5. 74-acre site ta
18 residen�ial units per acre with the exceptic�n that if �he 5.74 i
acres is develaped pursuant to the site plan Piled with the �
applicatifln in File No. R-005-88 and SA-005-88, such prflper�y may
be developed to a density oP 18.8 units per acre; and
WHEREAS, the applicant is desiraus of achieving the rezane
of the 1.4 ttcres and to develop �he property in accordance with
the approved g�te p�an.
NOW, THEREFflRE, the deveZaper adapts the following
