This declaration is made on the date hereinafter set forth by Sunset Gardens
Limited Partnership hereinafter referred to as "Declarant" .
WITNESSETH:
Whereas, Declarant is the owner of certain proper�y in the Count3 of King, StatE
of Washington, which is more particularily described as:
Tracts 6 and 7, Harries Garden Home Tracts,
according to the plat recorded in Volume 34 of
Plats, Page 38, in King County, Washington
Now, therefore, Declarant hereby declares that the property described above shall
be held, sold and conveyed subject to the following covenant which is for the
purpose of protecting the value and desireability of, and which shall run with,
the real property and be binding on all parties having any right, title or
interest in the described property or any part thereof, their heirs, successors,
� and assigns, and shall insure to the benefit of each owner hereof.

� RESTRICTION ON USE OF PROPERTY

� A greenbelt exists over the westerly 20 feet of the above described property.
CIn order to protect and preserve this area the declarant hereby warrants that
� the vegetation will be retained, excepting therefrom any linkage trails between
the subject property and the future regional trail system which may be constructed
in the future by the City of Renton.
This restriction of use shall run with, and bind the land in perpetuity.
