This covenant is made by Stonehenge II Limited Partnership, a Washington =
limited partnerahip (formerly known as Southgate Office Plaza II Limited __ `r
Partnership, a Washington limited partnership) (the "Owner") . ,:�, '�
RECITALS
WHEREAS, owner is the owner of certain real property located in the City of
Renton, State of Washington, the legal description of which is set forth on '
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City, on August 6, 1990, passed Ordinance No. 4283 �I
establishing a joint public and private transportation improvement program for '
the area south of I-405, east of the westerly city limits, north of S.W. 43rd (S.
180th) , and west of SR167 (the Valley Freeway); and
WHEREAS, Owner wishes to develop the Property which lies within the
� boundaries of said area;

Q� NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:

� l. Owner acknowledges that the City may require property owners within
the boundaries of said area to participate in LID No. 1 and LID No. 2 as
� described and set forth in Ordinance No. 4283 and further acknowledges that the I
, � consideration for this covenant shall be the approval for development of the
Property.
2. Owner agrees to participate in LID No. 1 and LID No. 2 under the
terms and conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 4283.
3. This Agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
filed and recorded in the records of King County, Washington, in the Department
of Records and Elections and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of
Owner and its heirs, successors and assigns.

Vyzis Company, to me known to be the corporation that is the Managing General
Partner of Stonehenge II Limited Partnership, a Washington limited partnership,
the partnership that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said partnershin, for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that he is authorized to
execute the said inatrument on behalf of the partnership

Rang 5 East, W.M. in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter also being the
intersection of the West line of said subdivision and the centerline of S.W. 19th Street;
Thence, South 00°47'38" West along said West line a distance of 30.00 feet to a point ON the Southerly I
margin of said S.W. 19th Street;
Thence, South 89°48'S0" East along said Southerly margin a distance of 211.72 feet to the point of
