SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT LOT NO. 2
� WHEREAS the City of Renton owns the real property in the City of Renton,
County of King, State of Washington, as described in 'Exhibits "A" and "B"
attached hereto, and
WHEREAS the Environmental Review Committee Mitigation Measures for the
RENTON SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT re uire a Restrictive Covenant for

Proposed Lot No. 2 of the Senior Housing Short Plat,
�� NOW, THEREFORE the aforesaid owners do hereby establish, grant and impose
this restriction and covenant running with the land as to the use of the land
,�, described in Exhibits "A" and "B" hereto, with respect to the use by the under-
� signed, their successors, heirs and assigns as follows:
, p Development Restriction

.� Development shall be restricted to ensure that the natural environments is
� preserved/enhanced, and that no development is to occur on Lot No. 2
0 other than support systems for the residential complex on the adjacent Lot
� No. 1.
Duration
This covenant shall run in perpetuity with the land hereinabove described.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper
o legal procedures in the Superior Court of King County by either the City of Renton
� or any property owners adjoining subject property who are adversely affected by
said breach. Reasonable attorneys' fees incurred during an enforcement pro-
ceeding will be borne by the parties whom the court determines are in error and
Q shall be entered as a judgment in such action.
