INSTALLATION fJF OFF SITE IMPROVEMENTS
The owner(s) of the above described property, their suecessors, heirs
and assigns, hereby agree and covenar�t to participate in, sign a petition
in suppart of, and accept any future Local Impravement District (LID�
or city initiated proposal, and pay their fair share therefare, for th�
purposes of providing the necessary off-site improvements required by
the Rentotz Subdivision Qrdiriance. Said improvements shal! include
but may not be limited to the installation af curbs, gutters, sidewalks,
street paving, sanitaty sewers, storm sewers, undergrounding of
utilities, and street lighting.
T'hese covenants are imposed in lieu of Section 9-1105(6) of Title IX of
Ot-d`znance#1628 of the City of Renton.

DURAT'ION �
These covenants shall run with the iand and expire an December 31,
2025. 1f at any time irnprowements are installed pursuant to these I
covenants, the portion of the covenants pertaining to the speciFic
installed improvements as required by the Ordinances of the Ciry of
Renton shall terminate without necessity of further docutnentation.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive cavenants may be enforced by proper Iegal I
pracedures in the Superior Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any
property owners adjoining subject property who are adversely affected by said
breach.
