NOW, THEREFORE, King County, Washington as o�vners of the following = described real property in the City of Renton, King County, Washington, described in E�ibit "A", as Parcels A, B, and C, which is attached hereto and is incorporated by � reference herein as if fulty set forth, wish to segregate its property for purposes of p ti, partial payment of the special utility connection charge for sewer as follows. p �' See Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as if fully set � forth, for the map showing in outline the lands affected by the Special Utility pConnection Charges. ' �r� � The property of King Counry, Washington for which the sanitary sewer special utility connection charge will be satisfied is described as parcel A in Exhibit "A" and is shown on the map labeled Exhibit "B". i he remainder of the ownership has not paid in full for the sanitary sewer special utiliry connection charge. For the land for which the special utility connection charge has not been paid, the charge will be paid at the rate in effect at the time a formal application is submitted which would invoke the charge. Th� owner of the above-described property, its successors, heirs and assigns hereby agree and covenant to pay the special utiliry I connection charge at the rate in effect at the time of formal application for the parcel of land for which the application has been submitted. This covenant shall n�n �vith the Iand �nd shall not expire. ' , � . . . . . � . � Any �dolation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal procedures in the Superior Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any property owner adjoining the subject property who is adversely affected by said breach.
