proceeding zt law, at such times as may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for
the purpose of constructin�, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making
any connections thcrewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability thcrefore, providcd, that
such construction, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of said utitities sha(1 be
accomplisl�ed in such a manner that tt�c private improvements existing in thc right(s�oC-way shall not l>c
disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in zs good a condition as they wcre immediatcly before tl�c
property was entered upon by thc Grantce.
The Grzntor shall fully use and enjoy thc zforedescribed pcemises, cluding the right to retain the right
to use thc sucface of said right-of-way if such use does not interfere ith installation and maintenance o(
the utilities. However, the grantor sha(1 not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the rigl�t-
of-way during the existence of such uti(ities.
