County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee". '
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration, do by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell , convey, and warrant unto the snid Grantee, its
successors and assigns, an easement for public utilities (including water and sewer) with
necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the following described property
in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:

� An easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of a water line system in the County

C� said easement being a 15.00 foot wide strip of land lying 7.50 feet on bolh sides of the following

WATER LINE EASEMENT
An easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of a water
line system in the County of King, State of Washington, being a portion
of the west half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter
of the northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 23 North,
Range 5 East, Willamette Meridian, said easement being a 15.00 foot
wide strip of land lying 7.50 feet on hoth sides of the following
described centerline:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said west half; thence
S 88°29 '34" E, along the north line of said west half, 39.00 feet;
said line also being the center line of NE 10th Street; thence
S 00°08 '00" E, 30.01 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of NE
10th Street and the true point of beginning; thence continuing
S 00°08 ' 00" E, 280.00 feet; thence N 89°52 '00" E, 79.00 feet; thence
N 00°08 ' 00" W, 18.00 feet to the terminus of this easement.
The sidelines of this easement are to be extended or foreshortened
as to be contiguous with each other and with the southerly right-of-
way line of NE 10th Street.
