Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns� shall have
the right� without prior notice or proceeding at law� at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above descrlbed property for the purpose of construct-
ing. maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities� or making
any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability �.
therefore. provided� that suci� construction, maintaining, repairing� altering or
reconstruction of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a rnar�ner that ti�e
private lmprovements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged� they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were iim�ediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy th� aforedescribed premises. including
the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. However�
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over� under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such utillties.
This easement� shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor� his successors. heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful ow s of the above properties and that tt�ey have a good and lawful
right to execut thts agreeme .

An easement for the purpose of domestic water supply being a strip of land 15 feet in width
situated in a portion of Tracts 17 and 18, HARRIES GARDEN HOME TRACTS,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 34 of Plats, page 38, records of King
County, Washington, said plat� situated in the Northeast quarter, Section 8, Township 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M., EXCEPT that portion of said Tract 18 taken for SR 405 (P.S.H.
No. 1) by King County Superior Court Cause No. 656773, said easement having 7.50 feet
on each side of the following described centerline:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Tract 17, said corner being situated on the
westerly right-of-way margin of Aberdeen Avenue N.E. (112th Ave. S.E.); thence
