KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, is
the owner of an easement acquired from through a utility reservation in street vacation Ordinance
No. 4276, requested by Glacier Park Company, dated on July 2, 1990 recorded under Auditor's
File No. 9008310839 records of King Counry, State of Washington, over real property described as
follows:
A utility easement, eighty(80)in width, over the following described properiy:
The vacated areas of Southwest 31st Street as vacated by City of Renton Ordinance 4276 and the
ten (10) fobt easement adjoining said former right �f��v:�y locatPd �aet��een I,��s 5 and 6, Block 7,
of Burlingtbn Northern Industrial Park Renton II, per plat recorded in Volume 111 of Plats, Pages
42-44, records of King Counry Washington;
EXCEPT an easement shall be reserved which is fifteen (15) feet wide and centered on and for use
of the existing water line extending into said lots from Oakesdale Avenue as the easement area is
shown in City of Renton Short Plat File No. SHPL-125-89•
A map showing the easement area is attached hereto as E�ibit A.
