PANTHER CREEK WETLANDS
COMES NOW the Grantors, TYRONE B. GOLLIER and N. STEPHENIE GOLLIER,
for and in consideration of $1.00 (One Dollar) and other good and valuable consideration
do hereby grant to the City of Renton an easement for the purposes of transporting and
storing surface waters and flood waters over and across the following described real
property:
An easement over the below described MAIN TRACT, said easement area
contains 16,689 sq. ft. and is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said MAIN TRACT, thence 5.89°48'40" E. a
distance of 107.38 ft;
Thence S.16°31'16" E. a distance of 135.48 ft. to the south line of said MAIN
TRACT;
Thence N.89°43'40" W. a distance of 149.90 ft. to the south west corner of
