That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $
aid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration, do by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell , convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns, an easement for pubtic utilities (including water and sewer) with
necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the following described property
in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:

� THAT PORTION of the North 130. 00 feet of Block 53 , N.H.
� Latimer's Lake Washington Plat, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Volume 6 of Plats, page 70, in King
County, Washington, as measured along the East line of �
said block, lying Easterly of 91st Place South;
TOGETHER with the South half of that portion of vacated
South 130th Street adjoining said Block 53 on the
North, lying between the Easterly line of 91st Place
South and the East line of said Block 53 produced
North; except that portion, if any, of said vacated
street lying within Primary State Highway No. 5;
BEING a portion of the N.E. quarter of the N.W. quarter �

THENCE Southerly from said Northeast corner along the east
line of said parcel 57. 00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING of said easement;

Sa1d heretofore mentloned grantee� its successors or asslgns� shall have
the right� without prior notic� or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon sald above descrlbed property for the purpose of construct-
1ng� maintaining� repairing� altering or reconstructing said utilltles� or making
any connections thprewlth, wjthout jncurring any legal obligations or 1lability
therefore� provided� that such construction, maintaining� repairing� altering or
reconstructlon ot sald utilities shall be accompllshed in such e r�+nner that the
private ,improvements existing 1n the rlght(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged� they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
1 The Grantor shall fully use and en,joy the aforedescribed premises� including
the rlght to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not lnterfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. However�
the grantor sh�ll not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
thls easement, shall be a covenant running wlth the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor� his successors� helrs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
right to execute this agreement. ,
