3) TBI Fee Payr�reRt p�te: During the tenure of this Agreement, the TBZ Traffic Mitigation Fee shali become due to the
City of ftenton, et such time as the City is ready to implement s traffic improvement project in the Grady Way
7ransportatian Benefit Zone;
4) Tra�e SiQna!L�tecorners Foas Payment Date: The Traific Signal Latecomers Fees for Treffie Signals at a) SW 7th
St and Hardie Ave SW; and, b) SW Grady Way and Powe11 Ave SW., shall be paid prio�ta the issuance of Bui{dinQ o�

5} Rovlsael TBZ Foes: In the event that the, Final TBZ Trip Mftigation Fee Structure, to be adapfed by Council in the future,
results in a mitigation fee for the subject proposal, that is lowar tha� the Interim Trip Mitigation Fee set forth in this
ag�eement,the epplicant may elect to pay the City the 4ower fee.
