DURATION
I "These cavenants shall run with the land aad expire on December 31,

2025. If at any time improvements are installed pursuant to these
covenants, the partion of the cavenants pertaining to the specific
installed improvements as required by the 4rdinances af the City af
Renton shall terminate without necessity of further documentation.
� Any violation or breach of these restriciive covcnants may be enforced by proper tegal
� procedures in the Superiar Court af King County by either the City af Renton ar any

� property owners adjoining subject property who are adversely affected by said

� breach.
