Whereas the City of Renton is the holder of a restrictive covenant made by L-O Renton I, Inc.and recorded
July 1,1994 under Recording Number 9407010820 of King County,State of Washington;and
WHEREAS,the City of Renton did require certain restrictive covenant regarding LID participation as a I
condition of approval for the building permit for L-O Renton I, Inc.for the FAA Daycare Building on the
subject property in 1994;and,
WHEREAS,said restridive covenant related to the then existing'Valley Transportation Plan"as
implemented by City of Renton Ordinance#4283;and,
WHEREAS,this Plan has been changed and this Ordinance has been superceded and is no longer in
effect;and,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator of the Planning Building Public Works Department has authorized the
removal of the restrictive covenant as no longer relevant;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City of Renton dces hereby authorize the release of the restrictive covenant
recorded under number 9407010820 regarding LID partiapation described above on the land described
above.
