SPECIAL UTILITY CONNECTION CHARGE
Whereas, the City of Renton, a municipal corporation has established•a�limited exemption by
Ordinance No.'s 4321 and 4415 to the Sanitary Sewer Special Utility Connection Charge gr�nting
exemptions to Municipal Corporations for portions of property subject to the Sanitary Sewer
Special Utility Connection Charge to the extent that those specific areas area available and
maintained at all times for public use, and those areas exempted shall be segregated from the fee
determination as provided by Ord. No. 4321. ,

Washington, described as E�ibit"A" attached hereto. �

O WHEREAS, the owner(s) of said described properry desire to impose the following restrictive -
� covenants running with the land as a condition placed on the title of the remaining undeveloped
0 property regarding the requirement, obligation and promise to pay the Sanitary Sewer Special I
,� Utility Connection Charge when that portion of the properry is developed. The Sanitary Sewer I
� Special Utility Connection Charge shall be at the rates in effect at the time a formal application is ;
submitted which would invoke the SUCC charge. I,
NOW, THEREFORE, the aforesaid owner(s) hereby establish, grant and impose restrictions and �,

DURATION �
These covenants shall run with the land and shall not expire. If at any time the
Sanitary Sewer SUCC fee is paid on the exempted area pursuant to these covenants,
the portion of the covenants pertaining to the specific egempted area as required
by the Ordinances of the City of Renton shall terminate by the filing and recording
of a Partial Satisfaction of Sanitary Sewer Tap, Hook-up, or Connection Charge
release form with King County.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal
procedures in the Superior Court of King county by either the City of Renton or any property
