This covenant also does not cover any damages as a result of (1) environmental degradation, (2) acts of God such as wind storms, droughts, etc. and (3) acts of war or civil disobedience. These covenants shall also expire if the Property is redeveloped as part of either a revision or another project that is permitted by the municipal jurisdiction having land use authority over the Property. At that time Owner can modify or replace these covenants.
