A quorum for the December 2, 2010, Non-Motorized Transportation Advisory
Committee meeting was not met (six members are required for a quorum). Since there
were time sensitive issues that needed to be addressed without delay,the Community
Services Administration office conducted a phone vote for the items that require a
motion.
' The following results were recorded from the phone vote. There are currently eight (8)
, members on this committee.
(One Committee Member did not respond.)
, 1. For the motion to accept Pete Maas as Chair:
7 Members voted "Yes" to accept the motion
0 Members voted "No"—do not accept the motion
1 No Response from Committee Member
Seven members voted to accept the motion. Motion carried.
2. For the motion to accept Bob Elliot as Vice-Chair:
7 Members voted "Yes"to accept the motion
0 Members voted "No"—do not accept the motion
1 No Response from Committee Member
Seven members voted to accept the motion. Motion carried.

4. Jean Hobart has elected not to renew her term and gave a verbal resignation to
