of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey to
JOHN D. HELM, GINNIE E. HELM, FRED ABOOSAIDI, AND SHARON
ABOOSAIDI, as owners of their real properties described .
below as the "Benefited Properties" a perpetual sanitary �;
sewer easement in, under, across, upon and over the `
� following real property, the "Burdened Property, " located in

� for the purposes of the construction operation, maintenance,
replacement, enlargement of a sanitary sewer and over,
across, upon and under said real property together with all
necessary appurtenances therefor. Grantee shall have the
right to access to the easement to enable grantee to
exercise its rights hereunder.
This easement is granted for the benefit of and
appurtenant to those real properties, or any portion of such
real properties, in the County of King, State of Washington,
owned by Grantees which are described as follows:

THE PROPERTIES BENEFITED.
This grant of easement shall run with the land and
shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the
parties hereto and their respective personal representa-
tives, heirs, successors and assigns; provided, however,
that Grantee shall provide to the Grantors a single stub for
connection to said sanitary sewer sufficient to service a
single family residence upon the Grantors' property, and

shall install the sanitary side sewer to the residence
located on the Grantors' property, and Grantee shall have
the right to use the same for as long as the easement
granted shall exist.
Following any construction, maintenance, replacement or
enlargement of the sanitary sewer or appurtenances therefor,
Grantee shall, to the extent reasonably practicable, restore
the easement to the condition it was in immediately prior to
such work.

The properties benefited by this easement shall be the
following:
1. The property presently known as the Helm property
legally described as follows:
The North 85.00 feet of the South 422.00 feet of
Tract 209, C.D. HILLMAN'S LAKE WASHINGTON GARDEN
OF EDEN DIVISION NO. 4, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 11 of Plats at page 82 ,
records of King County, Washington, being a
portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
2. The property presently known as the Aboosaidi property
legally described as follows:
Tract 209 C.D. HILLMAN'S LAKE WASHINGTON GARDEN OF
