Grantee may from rime to time construct such additional facifities as it rnay require. Tliis easement is granted
subject to the Following terms and conditions: � �
t. The Grantee shalI, upvn cotngletion o#any work within the property cavered by the easoment, restare the
surface of the casemen�, and any prtvatc improvemcnts dtsturbed or destrayed during exacutlon of the work, as
nearly as pracdcable ro the candition they were in imrnediately before commencement o�thc wark or entry by the
. Grantee.
2. Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of the easement as iong as such use does not interfere with the �
easement rights granted to the Grantee. Grantor shali not, however, have the right ta:
a. Erect or maintain any buiidings or structures within the easernent; or
b. Plant trees, shrubs or vegetaEion having deep root patterns which may cause damage to or intarfere with the
utiiities to be placed within thc easement by the Grantec; or
c. Develop, tandscape, or heautify the easem�nt area in any way which would unreasonably increase th� costs
to the Grantee of rtstoring the easernent area and any pri�ate unprovements tt�erein.
d. Dig, turuiel or perfomn other forms of canstrucdon activities on tha property which would disturb the
eompaction ar unearth Gxantee's facilities on the right-of-way; or endangex the lateral support facilities.
e. Blast within fifteen(15)foet of tho rigltt-af.-way.
This easetnent shall run with thc land described herein, and shall be bind':ng upon the parties, their heirs, successors
in interest and assigns. Crra�tors cavenant that they are the lawfui owners of the aGove properties and that they have
a good and la.wful right to execute t�tis agreement.
