owner of an easement acquired from Anna C. Burdulis, Charles F. Shane and Agnes E. Shane on ct r
20, 1959, recorded under King County Recording No. 5094983 records of King County, State of
Washington, over real property described as follaws:
See Attached Exhibit "A" for King County Recording No. 50949g3, Perpetual Easement.
The CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under a portion of the above
� described easement.

PERPETUAL EASEMENT AS RECORDED UNDER
KING COUNTY RECORDING NO. 5094983
A 10' easement, the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Gov't Lot 8 Sec. 17 T23N RSE W.M. with the
centerline of Primary State Highway#5;
Thence southeasterly along said centerline a distance of 298';
Thence S 45° 29' W a distance measured 30' at right angles to said centerline to the
southwesterly margin of Primary State Highway#5 and the true point of beginning;
Thence continuing S 45° 29' W a distance of 110';
Thence southeasterly along a line parallel and 110' distant from the southwesterly margin of
Primary State Highway#5 to a point on said line, westerly 117.94' from the east line of Gov't Lot
8, Section 17, T23N, RSE W.M. as measured parallel to the southwesterly margin of Primary
State Highway#5, said point being the end of said easement.

PARTIAL RELEASE OF PERPETUAL EASEMENT
That portion of a perpetual easement to the City of Renton recorded under King County
Recording No. 5094983, being a strip of land 10 feet in width having 5 feet of said width on
each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Government Lot 8, Section 17, Township 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M., King County, Washington, with the centerline of Primary State
Highway �5 (Maple Valley Highway);
Thence southeasterly along said centerline, a distance of 298 feet;
Thence South 45° 29' West, a distance of 30 feet, as measured at right angles to said
centerline, to the southwesterly margin of Primary State Highway #5 (Maple Valley Highway)
and the true point of beginning of the herein described centerline;
Thence continuing South 45° 29' West, a distance of 110 feet;
Thence southeasterly along a line parallel and 110 feet distant from the southwesterly margin of
Primary State Highway #5 (Maple Valley Highway), a distance of 65 feet, more or less to an
intersection with the southeasterly line of a perpetual easement to the City of Renton recorded
under King County Recording No. 6311736 and the terminus of the herein described
centerline.
TOGETHER WITH those portions of said perpetual easement recorded under King County
Recording No. 5094983, being a strip of land 20 feet in width having 10 feet of said width on

Thence continuing South 45° 29' West, to the northerly bank of the Cedar River and the
terminus of the herein described 10 foot easement centerline.
The centerline of Primary State Highway #5 and the southwesterly margin of Primary State
Highway #5, noted hereinbefore, refer to alignments existing in 1959.
