AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
RECREATIONAL TRAIL EASEMENT
AND AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT to the RECREATIONAL TRAIL EASEMENT AND
AGREEMENT("Agreement") is dated as of �Q'!,(,GN�S�f 30, 1996, and is made by
and between THE BOEING COMPANY, acting by and through its division the
BOEING COMMERCIAL AIRPLANE GROUP, a Delaware corporation
("Boeing"), and THE CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washingtan(the"City").
Recitals
A. Boeing and City entered into that certain Recreational Trail
� Easement and Agreement dated as of August 14, 1992, and recorded with the King
`D Co. Records Division on September 17, 1992 under recording number 9209171541

O (the"Easement Agreement"), and with Amendment No.l to the Recreational Trail
� Easement and Agreement recorded June 11, 1996 under recording number 9606110277
O ("Amendment No.1").

� B. Boeing and the City desire to amend the Easement Agreement and
Amendment No.l as provided herein. .

� Now, therefore,the parties agree as follows:
� l. Additional easement area is granted by Boeing to the City by this Amendment <
� No. 2 and Attachment 1 as an addition to the Easement Agreement and Amendment `
� No. 1.

� 2. This Amendment No. 2 constitutes only the additional easement area to be
� included as described in Attachment 1 of this agreement. All previous provisions in the

Easement Agreement and Amendment No. 1 remain in effect and carry over to the
Y additional easement area.

An easement, situated in Block C,Third Supplemental Map of Lake Washington Shorelands(King County
Auditor's File No. 5927582), being in the Northeast quarter of Section 7,Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M., King County, Washington, said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of that tract of land acquired by Boeing from the State of Washington, as
described in document recorded under Auditor's File No. 6025859, said northwest corner also being the
most northwesterly corner of the easement identified as"Lake Washington Trail Easement"as described in
"Attachment 1"of document titled"Amendment No. 1 to Recreational Trail Easement and Agreement", and
recorded under King County Recording No. 9606110277,and said northwest corner also being on the Inner
