2. Grantor shall retatn the righ�o us c d to the Grantee. Grantor sha11 not howe�ver, have the right to:

a. Erect ar maintain any buildings or structures within the easement; or
b, piant trees, shrubs or vegetation having deep root patterns a►hieh may cause damage to or
interfere with the utilities to be placed withir►the easement by the Gsantee; ar
e. Develop, landscape, or beautify the easement area in anY R'aY whie�'°�'ould unreasonabiy
inerease the costs to the Grantee of restoring Qns��onta�viti�es n the p operty wiuch,wouldr��
d. Dig, tunnei or perfotm other forms of
disturb the compaction or unearth Grantee's facilities on the right-of-way, or endanger the laterai support
facilities.
e. Blast within fifteen(I5)feet of the right-of-waq.
